Position Summary
As a Marketing Coordinator at Marriott Vacations Worldwide, you will play a vital role in promoting brand awareness and sales of our properties. Your duties will include arranging sales presentations, promoting our brand image, and ensuring excellent customer service. Critical Tasks
- Present and arrange sales presentations to qualified guests at contracted locations.
- Work with the partnered hotel and other location staff to ensure appropriate representation and communication is provided daily.
- Coordinate appointments with the front desk at the Marriott Vacation Club Sales Centre.
- Follow gifting procedures to ensure guests meet minimum eligibility standards.
- Project a professional appearance and attitude.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Initiate contact with as many people as possible.
- Promote interest in the MVCI Resorts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of the area and surroundings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills
- Bilingual English and German
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong work ethic, high energy level, and positive attitude
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Be highly driven and a self-starter.
- Sales experience preferred.

- Thank guests with genuine appreciation and provide a fond farewell.
- Address guests' service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner.
