Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for shaping the future of global hiring. We're looking for a skilled recruiter with a global mindset, deep industry connections, and a strong presence in the recruitment space.

We're seeking a full-cycle recruiter to manage the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing to offer negotiation, across both technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate will leverage recruitment automation tools and global talent networks to attract top candidates and ensure a seamless, high-touch candidate experience.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, covering both Technical Roles (Engineering & Development) and Non-Technical (Including Compliance, Risk, & Regulatory Affairs). They will also have a well-established network of industry connections, with the ability to tap into hidden talent pools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment - Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing to offer negotiation, across both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Talent Strategy & Sourcing - Leverage recruitment automation tools and global talent networks to attract top candidates.
  • Employer Branding & Candidate Experience - Ensure a seamless, high-touch candidate experience while enhancing our reputation in the global talent market.
  • Innovative Recruitment Practices - Continuously explore new tools, sourcing methods, and recruitment trends to optimize hiring efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, covering both Technical Roles (Engineering & Development) and Non-Technical (Including Compliance, Risk, & Regulatory Affairs).
  • Global recruitment experience , with the ability to source, attract, and engage talent across multiple geographies and industries.
  • Strong knowledge of latest recruitment tools, automation platforms, ATS systems, and passive candidate engagement strategies.
  • A well-established network of industry connections, with the ability to tap into hidden talent pools.
