Job Title: Principal Biostatistician

At Syneos Health, we are seeking a highly skilled Principal Biostatistician to join our team. As a key member of our biostatistics department, you will be responsible for leading multiple projects and programs of studies, providing statistical expertise, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex or multiple projects, including submissions, integrated analyses, and regulatory agency meetings
  • Develop and implement statistical analysis plans, including programming specifications for analysis datasets, tables, listings, and figures
  • Collaborate with sponsors, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company objectives
  • Provide statistical programming support and participate in Data Safety Monitoring Board (DSMB) and/or Data Monitoring Committee (DMC) activities
  • Develop and maintain well-organized, complete, and up-to-date project documentation and verification/quality control documents and programs
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in biostatistics or related discipline
  • Extensive experience in clinical trials or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency in programming and ability to apply extensive knowledge of statistical design, analysis, and programming techniques
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
What We Offer:
  • Competitive annual base salary range of $95,000-$175,700
