We are seeking a highly skilled Aerospace RAMS Engineer to join our team at Between Technology, S.L. as a key member of our engineering department. As a RAMS Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, availability, maintainability, and safety of our client products.
Key Responsibilities- Identify safety requirements through customer iteration and documentation review to establish and verify that product designs, plans, and procedures meet all applicable safety regulations.
- Perform hazard analysis according to industry standards, including Preliminary System Safety Assessment (PSSA), Functional Hazard Analysis (FHA), System Safety Assessment (SSA), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), and others.
- Liaise with customer safety engineering to design a sound certification strategy and support technical discussions with certification entity agents.
- Support customers in developing specific risk assessments, such as Zonal Safety Analysis and Particular Risk Analysis.
- Perform industry analyses, including Functional Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), Reliability Assessment (RA).
- Support the collection and analysis of failure data through a FRACAS process and contribute to Reliability Review Board discussions.
- At least 2 years' experience in RAMS Engineering for the Aerospace Industry.
- Interest in the Drone Industry.
- Language skills: proficient in Spanish & English both written and spoken.
- Advanced user of Excel and other MS Tools.
- Highly organized, proactive, and committed individual.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.
- Experience in FAR CS-23 & CS-25, FAR CS-27, CS-29, SC-VTOL and SC-Light UAS.
