About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Global Head of Digital Marketing to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategy

Lead the development and execution of a digital marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, generates pipeline, and accelerates revenue growth. This includes planning, implementing, and measuring multi-channel demand generation programs.

Lead Digital Marketing Efforts

Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid social media. Ensure maximum brand presence and market penetration.

Account Based Marketing

Collaborate with sales and field marketing teams to prioritize accounts and develop personalized ABM campaigns tailored to the unique needs of each account. Convert prospects into customers.

Revenue-Focused Leadership

Focus on revenue impact over lead metrics. Work closely with analytics and digital teams to interpret data from diverse sources and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Team Leadership and Collaboration

Recruit, mentor, and lead a talented team of demand generation and performance marketing experts. Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution of campaigns.

Market Expansion and Agency Partnership

Drive expansion efforts into key markets and lead relationships with external agencies to scale and enhance Criteo's digital marketing strategies across diverse channels and regions.

Requirements

  • Extensive Experience

Extensive experience leading demand generation in a B2B tech environment, with a deep understanding of how to leverage digital channels and AI to fuel brand amplification and drive revenue.

ABM Expertise

Experience in ABM strategy and execution, with knowledge of the latest trends and best practices for integrating ABM within broader marketing and sales strategies.

Channel Expertise

Proficiency in key digital channels such as SEO, SEM, Paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, Google), email, and owned media properties. Familiarity with tools like 6sense, Demandbase, Analytic platforms, Google Ads, and others.

Technical Acumen

Familiarity with RevOps workflows, CRM systems (Salesforce), and MAP (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement).

Analytical Mindset

Strong analytical skills, and demonstrable experience synthesizing data and making strategic decisions using Salesforce, Account Engagement, Amplitude etc.

Leadership

Experience in building, scaling, and leading digital marketing teams, with a focus on mentoring talent and driving high-impact results.

Communication

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, both at the executive level and with peers and cross-functional teams. Ability to clearly articulate ideas, frame problems and offer solutions.

Strategic and Tactical Proficiency

Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, with a willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done.
