¿CÓMO SERIA TU DÍA A DÍA EN MANGO?

En Mango, estamos buscando un/a Global Sales Planner para que se incorpore a nuestro equipo de Planificación Comercial Global.

Diseñarás, mantendrás y distribuirás el análisis y seguimiento adecuado del Budget y Forecast Comercial del canal Online según los timings establecidos.

Tu objetivo será dar visibilidad a los diferentes stakeholders de la compañía de los principales KPIs de la Venta, CT y Margen.


¿QUÉ HACE UN GLOBAL SALES PLANNER?

Contribuir activamente en la creación del Budget y diferentes Forecasts definidos durante el año, a través de análisis de las ventas de la compañía.

Alinear a los distintos canales de venta online en cuanto a los objetivos comerciales de la compañía, en el medio y corto plazo:
Comunicación clara de los objetivos, palancas de crecimiento y oportunidades.
Identificar palancas de venta adicional con el objetivo de maximizar la cuenta de resultados de Mango.
Analizar los resultados del Forecast Comercial y de líneas de negocio e identificar gaps.
Ser capaz de comunicar a stakeholders e influir en su toma de decisión.

Dar soporte a los usuarios del Forecast Comercial:

desde los equipos de Reporting Corporativo, a los canales de venta (nivel macro como pudiera ser zonas geográficas hasta tiendas), a distribución de producto, equipos de producto, etc.

Control del proceso de Forecast comercial y Budget para garantizar el cumplimiento de los hitos en tiempo y forma. Además de proponer y empujar mejoras del proceso para ser más eficientes.
Diseñar, mantener y distribuir los informes y los indicadores asociados al seguimiento comercial del Forecast.

Formación:

ADE / Económicas / IngenieríaExperiencia: +3 años de experiencia en roles de Demand Planning o similarIdiomas: Inglés altoUsuario avanzado de Excel (VBA, Power Query, Power Pivot...)Conocimientos en herramientas de Business Intelligence (SAP BO y herramientas de dashboard tipo PBI, Looker)Conocimientos de AnaplanCapaz de establecer relaciones de colaboración y persuadir a los demás, siendo exigente en un entorno positivo y motivador.

Capacidad analítica.
Capacidad de adaptación a un entorno complejo y sujeto constantemente al cambio
