About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled EMEA Sales Engineer to join our team at Arrow Electronics, Inc. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving sales and delivering solutions by providing technical expertise, building strong client and partner relationships, and supporting our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify opportunities by understanding client requirements and challenges. Conduct detailed technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
- Solution Design and Delivery: Work closely with clients to architect and design tailored cybersecurity solutions that address their specific needs. Prepare detailed technical specifications and requirements documentation to support proposed solutions. Oversee the implementation and deployment of cybersecurity solutions, ensuring successful integration and adoption.
- Partner Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to understand their offerings and collaborate on joint opportunities. Assist partners in technically qualifying solutions and providing the necessary support to drive sales.
- Internal Collaboration and Development: Work closely with product management and development teams to provide feedback on client experiences and product enhancements. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and deliver effective sales enablement materials and campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales engineering or technical pre-sales role within the cybersecurity sector.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Fluent in English, other European languages are a plus.
- Right to work in Europe.
