About the Role
As a Senior Knowledge Analyst within the Payments and Fintech Practice Area at Boston Consulting Group, you will be part of a global team providing industry and functional expertise to support our clients. Your role will involve working closely with case and proposal teams to develop knowledge assets, conduct analysis, and provide expert advisory services. You will serve as a thought partner and content expert to case teams, helping to structure and solve complex issues. Additionally, you will support the development of existing and new intellectual property and knowledge assets for the Payments and Fintech Practice. This will involve collaborating with business leaders to commercialize efforts, support marketing initiatives, conferences, and publications. Furthermore, you will assist with the onboarding, training, and guidance of junior colleagues, sharing best practices within the team. As a Senior Knowledge Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse and growth-oriented team, exposed to the entire waterfront of work in the practice. Key Responsibilities
* Formulate relevant research and analytical approaches to solve client problems in your area of expertise.* Codify knowledge and maintain assets and tools for the Payments and Fintech Practice based on different client contexts.* Communicate with senior stakeholders in a credible and confident manner.* Work collaboratively and effectively in a group dynamic, proficient in agile ways of working.* Bring a curious and creative mindset, open to new things and able to propose innovative ideas.* Navigate complexity and ambiguity. Requirements
* 2+ years of consulting experience in Payments and/or Fintech required; candidates with consulting experience preferred.* In lieu of consulting experience, 3+ years minimum industry experience required; 4-6+ years of industry experience strongly preferred in Payments.* Strong understanding of payments and broader financial services industry.* Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred).* Fluency in English.* Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders while working in a global collaborative team environment.
