Key Responsibilities
- Corporate Communication: Proactively identify and communicate relevant information to stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective dissemination of information.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content for internal and external communication channels, utilizing various digital and live formats.
- Operational Support: Collaborate with operational teams to enhance communication and improve performance.
- Project Coordination: Plan and execute projects and events for the Customer Service Centre, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Social Media Monitoring: Support the Global Operations team by monitoring social media channels and providing insights.
- Event Planning: Organize and deliver seasonal kick-off meetings to showcase campaigns and company goals.
- Visual Team Coordination: Ensure visual displays in the Customer Service Centre align with H&M Group's brand guidelines.
- Employee Engagement: Inspire employees about fashion, sales, and excellent customer service, promoting the brand's values and tone of voice.
- Communication Advisory: Provide guidance on effective communication channels, audience, and information, adhering to H&M Group's guidelines and tone of voice.
- Support and Feedback: Offer support and feedback to colleagues to ensure customer needs are met.
- Proactive Solutions: Recognize customer and colleague needs, providing solutions, feedback, and advice.
