We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Specialist to lead the strategic and tactical execution of our paid social campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data and attention to detail, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute paid social media plans to drive business objectives
  • Optimize and report on campaign performance, sharing results with the wider team
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure best practice creative is used
  • Assist with quarterly and annual planning of marketing budgets
Requirements
  • University degree in Marketing, Sales, or commercial disciplines
  • Effective and fluent communicator in English and Spanish
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience in social media planning and execution of 360 campaigns
  • Understanding of media market and key media owners, Meta and TikTok
  • Knowledge of current digital media landscape and ability to optimize performance campaigns
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills
  • Resilient and open-minded
  • Results-oriented, able to work to deadlines and motivated to get results
