Technical Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Leader to join our team at Orisha|Openbravo. As a Technical Leader, you will be responsible for working with internal and external business clients to understand their requirements and translate them into value-generating technical solutions.

You will also be responsible for properly using project management skills to plan and coordinate teams of developers to fulfill technical tasks within the project plan. Additionally, you will manage departmental knowledge, favoring the re-use of existing information, and administer infrastructure development to enhance the scalability of the organization.

As a Technical Leader, you will refine and improve our product, providing development services to end clients/partners according to existing procedures, and help support the team when required.

We are looking for a professional with a BS or MS in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or Telecommunications, with experience in software development and a strong understanding of Java, SQL, and PostgreSQL. You should also have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work in a client setting and travel as required.
