**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a tech-savvy technical solutions engineer intern to join our team and support the integration of our digital humans with various third-party systems to support new customer engagements. This internship offers a unique opportunity to assist in optimizing our internal processes, allowing our sales team to focus on acquiring new clients. You will play a key role in supporting the business development manager by providing technical insights and solutions that streamline our sales processes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Collaborate with the business development manager and sales teams to identify and optimize internal processes using our AI technology.
2. Engage with clients to identify the optimal solution that aligns with their needs and leverages our technology.
3. Translate client requirements into actionable tasks and effectively communicate them to the dedicated development team.
4. Brainstorm and prototype AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency within the sales department.
5. Assist in developing and presenting technical insights and recommendations to enhance our internal workflow.
6. Work closely with the tech lead and product team to ensure AI solutions align with overall business objectives.
7. Participate in team meetings, offering innovative ideas to drive continuous improvement.
**Desired Skills:**
1. Interest in emerging technologies like machine learning.
2. Familiarity with software development processes and tools.
3. Creativity and a proactive mindset in suggesting improvements and new ideas.
4. Experience with programming languages such as Python or JavaScript is a plus.
**Requirements:**
1. Currently pursuing a career in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
