Job Title: Medical Advisor MSL

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Advisor MSL to join our team at Theramex. As a Medical Advisor MSL, you will play a key role in establishing and developing synergistic relationships with medical specialists' groups to expand research, advisory, and educational partnership opportunities in Theramex' women's health therapeutic areas.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing scientific advice and expertise for all medical projects and activities.
  • Developing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and drawing insights from external stakeholders.
  • Supporting internal stakeholders on medical matters, including providing training, supporting clinical research, and serving as a subject matter expert for internal cross-functional teams.
  • Maintaining MSL expertise and disease expertise, including remaining current on the latest scientific knowledge, competitors, clinical disease management, and patient management.

Requirements:

  • Medicine or health science, pharmacy, biotech, biology degree.
  • +2 years of experience demonstrating a career responsibility in clinical drug development or medical affairs.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Fluent English and Spanish.

Desirable Skills:

  • Strong scientific research, medical, or clinical background.
  • Expertise in the field of Women's Health, particularly in menopause, contraception, uterine fibroids, and/or osteoporosis.
  • Knowledge of the methodology of clinical trials, scientific analysis techniques, and clinical statistics.
  • Thorough understanding of the healthcare systems in Spain.
  • Clear understanding of the Spanish compliance system.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Project management skills.
