Internship & Graduate Program

The AWWG International Internship & Graduate program offers a unique opportunity for individuals to learn and grow with our company, working on exciting and challenging projects in the fashion industry. This one-year program provides a chance to join the company after completion and participate in our comprehensive 3-year development plan.

Project Overview

As a member of the Pepe Jeans Architecture team, you will gain experience in Retail and work under the supervision of Architects and other professionals. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing store projects and collaborating with the Project Manager for store openings.
  • Assisting in the creation of retail design concepts and layout development.
  • Collaborating with project teams to ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation.
  • Assisting in the selection of materials, finishes, and furnishings for retail environments.
  • Participating in collaboration with external teams.

Requirements and Qualifications

We are seeking students or recent graduates who are passionate, dynamic, open-minded, ambitious, and positive, and who want to be part of the AWWG culture. Previous professional experience is not required, but a strong passion and energy to give your best is essential.

To be considered for this position, you should have:

  • A degree in Architectural Design, Interior Design, Draftsmanship, Industrial or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in English and fluent Spanish, with any additional languages being a plus.
  • Advanced AutoCAD skills.
  • Good proficiency in Adobe and MS Office tools.
