About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic English educator to join our team at Kids&Us. As a key member of our educational community, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of our young students and helping them develop a strong foundation in the English language.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students, aged 1-18 years old.
- Utilize our proprietary teaching method, which combines interactive activities, music, games, stories, and arts and crafts to create a fun and immersive learning environment.
- Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and guide learners towards their goals.
- Develop strong relationships with students, their families, and colleagues to foster a supportive and inclusive community.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with all stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and a positive learning experience.
Requirements:
- Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
- Advanced or Proficiency level in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer:
- A fixed-term contract for 11 months with the possibility of a permanent contract.
- A minimum of 10 hours per week.
