Are you looking for a challenging role in account management where you can utilize your sales and relationship-building skills?

This position at Games Workshop involves managing trade partners, advising on product ranges, and developing strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calling independent retail outlets to ensure they have the right product range in stock.
  • Advising on products to suit their business needs and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Developing a relationship of trust with customers.
  • Performing stock checks and ensuring reorder of sold stock.
  • Informing customers of new product ranges and identifying sales opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Ability to build strong relationships with business partners and colleagues.
  • Excellent customer service and time management.
  • Ability to multi-task and high organisational skills.
  • Ability to influence existing clients and grow sales.

Language Ability:
This role requires fluency in English and Italian, plus one additional language to a business level.

Working Hours:
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to depending on the territory.
