- Supervise the daily operations of the research station, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
- Coordinate and assign tasks to ensure operational efficiency, maintaining and enhancing the station's infrastructure.
- Collaborate with staff and researchers to develop research plans and protocols, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Coordinate logistics for field projects, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards in research, developing and implementing safety policies and procedures.
- Manage the inventory of equipment and supplies needed for research, ensuring optimal utilization and allocation.
- Assign resources depending on needs and projects, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Cross-functional collaboration with other departments and functional areas, fostering strong relationships and communication.
- Establish and maintain relationships with organizations and local communities, promoting the company's mission and values.
- Professional training in agriculture or a bachelor's degree in biotechnology, agronomy, plant science, or a related field.
- Previous experience in managing research stations or projects, especially valuable if focused on biosolutions, bionutritionals, or biostimulants.
- English skills to communicate at least minimum verbally and by writing.
- Ability to adapt to the dynamic nature of agricultural research and innovation.
- Flexibility to manage changes in research priorities and emerging technologies.
