Job Summary
Syneos Health Healthcare Careers is seeking a highly skilled Senior Biostatistics Expert to join our team. As a key member of our biostatistics department, you will be responsible for providing statistical support across all aspects of our projects, from protocol development to CSR preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the activities of biostatistics personnel on assigned projects to ensure timely completion of high-quality work.
- Prepare or oversee the preparation of Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs).
- Develop and implement company objectives, and create alternative solutions to address business and operational challenges.
- Interface with other departmental project team representatives and conduct verification and quality control of project deliverables.
Requirements
- Strong background in biostatistics and statistical programming.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
