Job Title: Customer Success Coach

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Coach to join our team at Shiji Group. As a Customer Success Coach, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of our ReviewPro products by our clients in the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish a trusted advisor relationship with each of your assigned accounts, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their business goals.
  • Monitor the status of onboarding and help clients finalize any outstanding items, ensuring a seamless transition to our products.
  • Provide training to our clients on the ReviewPro tool and key hospitality best practices, empowering them to maximize the value of our solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to increase adoption and engagement of features and functionality, working closely with clients to implement effective strategies.
  • Engage in proactive monitoring of client engagement and health/happiness levels, providing regular interactions to ensure their needs are met.
  • Communicate regularly with clients on new features and updates, ensuring they are informed and up-to-date on the latest developments.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Team to follow up on bugs and issues, ensuring prompt resolution and high-quality support.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, working closely with clients to develop tailored solutions that meet their evolving needs.
  • Support the renewal process in collaboration with the Customer Success Team and Sales Teams, ensuring seamless contract management and client retention.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using technology to drive business results, with experience in CRM systems and other relevant tools.
