Corporate Industrial Process Master

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees responsible for industrial processes and technologies.
- Develop and maintain robust standards, work instructions, and procedures for the area, ensuring they are official and accessible to all Ficosa employees.
- Establish performance metrics for key industrial processes.
- Create training documents and ensure their implementation in all regions.
- Implement corporate strategy lines in the area of responsibility.
- Benchmark efficiency and share best practices with Ficosa production plants and external suppliers.
- Proactively notify managers of obsolete technologies that may negatively impact process productivity.
- Contribute to the establishment of the Ficosa Manufacturing System (FMS) for the section corresponding to the processes in the area of responsibility.
- Determine which processes require new technology and assess feasibility.
- Ensure all plants adhere to standards to successfully pass official audits.
- Document lessons learned related to the process in the area of responsibility and share them with all plants to avoid repeating mistakes.
- Develop a purchasing strategy for equipment and tools in the area of responsibility, maintaining an audited list of local and global suppliers.
- Support local teams in developing suppliers, particularly those treated as partners for design development.
- Adhere to Ficosa's Code of Ethics and comply with the Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with related training.
- Lead the team, ensuring its effectiveness, development, and motivation, promoting Ficosa's values.
- Provide the team with necessary means to comply with OHSE rules, ensuring proper use.
- Collaborate in maintaining, promoting, and improving the OHSE and Quality department.
Requirements:
- Academic background: Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar.
- Languages: Advanced in English (written & spoken).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a process engineer or as a plant industrial, process master in the required process or technology.
- Travel: Willing to travel.
Additional Specifications:
- Specific technical training in the process or technology in the area of responsibility, times and methods, Six Sigma methodology, safety, ergonomics, SPC, team management would be of additional value.
