HSSE Supervisor

Job Summary:

Pec is seeking a highly skilled HSSE Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, security, and environmental well-being of our employees, contractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HSSE plans and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards, relevant legislation, and client requirements.
• Conduct daily HSSE inspections and investigate incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project management teams to develop and implement HSSE strategies and ensure compliance with project objectives and programs.
• Provide training and guidance to employees and contractors on HSSE procedures and best practices.
• Manage HSSE records, reports, and documentation to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure effective HSSE communication and collaboration.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in HSSE to ensure Pec remains a leader in HSSE management.

Requirements:

• Recognized HSSE certification (Tecnico de Prevencion de Riesgos Laborales Intermedio o superior)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HSSE roles (supervisor and above) with exposure to engineering and construction projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to interpret and apply HSSE plans, procedures, and regulations
• Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
