We are currently seeking a Planning Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

In Projects:

  • Develop a project schedule aligned with the chosen execution strategy.
  • Identify and optimize required resources.
  • Establish the Planning & Scheduling framework (methods, procedures, timelines, physical progress, dashboards, etc.).
  • Implement the Planning & Scheduling framework (methods, procedures, timelines, physical progress, dashboards, etc.).
  • Define project breakdown structures.
  • Plan to ensure work fronts are available on-site.
  • Plan to mitigate risks and control costs.
  • Obtain client approval for the Schedule Baseline.
  • Secure client approval for progress claims or milestone achievements to facilitate invoicing.
  • Enhance project team awareness of key milestones, durations, and critical paths.
  • Monitor project status, identify delays, and propose corrective actions as necessary.
  • Provide feedback and lessons learned to refine Planning & Scheduling methods and contribute to departmental statistics.


Requirements:


• Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.


• At least 3 years of experience in the oil and gas sector (onshore/offshore &/or subsea).


• Advanced understanding of EPCm work processes.


• Experience in cost control is a plus (not mandatory).


• Proficient in Scheduling software tools (Primavera Project Planner and Microsoft Project).


• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.


• Knowledge of Power BI.


• Fluent in English.


• Proficiency in French and German is advantageous.
