The Valeo VIE Program

The Valeo VIE Program is open to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein, and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. This program offers opportunities to work in one of our subsidiaries across the globe. Business France, the French agency for international business development, manages all administrative procedures for your assignment. Ensure you meet Business France's eligibility criteria before applying for a VIE.

Our site in Fuenlabrada, Spain (near Madrid), focuses on Power Train Systems. Within our team, we are seeking a VIE Process Manufacturing for a 12-month assignment in the area of Heat Treatments.

Your Challenges

  • Work on industrializing new references in heat treatments
  • Design new tools and modify existing ones to meet part specifications
  • Monitor the industrialization process of new machines
  • Create necessary documentation for the industrialization processes
  • Participate in production line activities related to modification management
  • Generate control reports, manufacturing instructions, and more
  • Update department documentation associated with production processes

Requirements

  • Graduate in Engineering (Mechanical, Material, Industrial, or similar)
  • Ideally, some experience in process engineering, material science, and heat treatment
  • Knowledge of Catia, Autocad, and SAP
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Good communication skills and open to new cultures and ways of working
  • Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and diplomatic
