Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Relations Manager to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in shaping our employee relations agenda and developing a positive employee relations climate that supports employee safety, capability, engagement, and a high-performance customer-obsessed culture.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of accomplishments in a fast-paced environment, fluency in Spanish and English, and extensive knowledge of employment law. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with employees at all levels, providing training on ER matters, and ensuring compliance with Spain and EU legislation.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to participate in national and international projects and contribute to the development of our employee relations agenda.
