Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective tools and processes to support customer collaboration and tenders on sustainability topics.
- Coordinate and coach a network of regional sustainability ambassadors within the sales & marketing organization.
- Provide expert advisory support in sustainability dialogue with strategic customers.
- Contribute to content development for sustainability communication and events targeting customers.
- Collect input on regional & local sustainability requirements and needs from regional sustainability ambassadors.
- Lead sustainability training and competence development for regional sustainability ambassadors.
- University degree or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience in a sustainability role, preferably from a product perspective or consultancy.
- Experience in sustainability communication, product sustainability assessments, and corporate reporting (e.g., Life Cycle Assessment, Greenhouse gas protocol, Global Reporting Initiative).
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Science Based Targets and sustainable sourcing is a plus.
- Experience working in a matrix organization is an advantage.
