Job Description:

Are you passionate about creating engaging visual content? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a talent for storytelling?

Takeda, a global pharmaceutical leader, is seeking a highly skilled Audiovisual Communication Trainee to join our team. As a key member of our Communication team, you will play a vital role in creating and adapting digital content that aligns with our broader communication strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and edit video and graphic content to ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Adapt formats for different platforms to optimize content for social media, websites, presentations, and other digital channels.
  • Collaborate closely with the Communications team to translate strategic objectives into visual content that enhances audience engagement.
  • Provide technical and creative support for video production, including filming, editing, and post-production processes.
  • Support the team with photo editing and graphic design tasks as needed, ensuring consistency in brand visuals across all communication materials.
  • Assist in the development of digital campaigns by producing multimedia content that helps to amplify the team's message.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Communication, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Audiovisual Production, or a related field.
  • English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Video editing, graphic design, and photo editing software skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Photoshop, Canva).
  • Strong creative and visual storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and support strategic communication initiatives.
  • Attention to detail, with a strong sense of design and layout.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with trends in digital content, video marketing, and multimedia formats.
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms) and creative software.
