We're seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant for Italy to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition agenda for both Italy and Spain, as well as cross-functional projects. You'll work closely with the Spanish and Italian teams to ensure the deployment of Attraction and Recruitment Processes and drive competitive advantage for Unilever.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading the Recruitment assigned processes for different business areas (Marketing, Sales & Supporting Functions - Supply Chain, Finance, R&D, HR, etc.)
- Collaborating with HRBPs and People Partners to drive cross-functional recruitment
- Ensuring the applicant tracking system (Workday) and other HR technologies are up to date
- Driving the Talent transformation agenda, landing new technologies and products
- Driving change management in the organization
