Senior Enterprise CRM Strategist

Dormer Pramet is a leading global manufacturer and supplier of tools for the metal cutting industry, with a truly international presence in 20 countries.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise CRM Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring alignment between our CRM solution and business needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and executing a roadmap for the CRM product to meet the evolving requirements of the business. This includes:

• Acting as system owner of CRM to ensure high availability and efficiency.
• Understanding business requirements and providing proposals of solutions with relative stakeholders, including design and estimate of time, cost, and resource.
• Communicating and aligning with other architects to ensure solutions comply with higher-level architecture design.
• Maintaining and monitoring the system to ensure it runs properly as designed.
• Improving the solution based on enhancement requirements and analysis of performance.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A degree in a relevant field and previous experience as an IT architect would be an advantage.
• Strong business acumen and customer-centric approach.
• 5+ years of experience in CRM solutions.
• Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 is necessary.
• Demonstrable experience of Dynamics CRM implementation and maintenance.
• Solid knowledge of business processes and technology in CRM areas.
• Agile ways of working with experience of agile methodology.
• Fluent in English.

The estimated salary range for this position is between €60,000 - €90,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
