Job Title: Cost Controller

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Controller to join our team at Andong Group Of Companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project budgets, coordinating plans, and ensuring that projects are completed within approved budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project budgets and ensure that projects are completed within approved budgets.
• Coordinate plans and manage change and risk.
• Forecast results, measure progress, report status, and plan to achieve completion targets.
• Minimize deviation from the budget and ensure that the project is completed within the approved budget.
• Verify costing with vendors and suppliers, estimate expenses for tools, equipment, and manpower costing analysis.
• Recommend cost-saving measures and financial analysis to upper management.
• Modify and reduce costs and be involved in the creation of budgets for each project cost center.
• Correct and formulate actual and cost-controlling expenses by managing budget vs. actual variances for each project cost center and profit center.
• Oversee the financial course of one or more projects and prepare the required budget.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or any related field.
• At least 3-5 years solid experience in the construction field and relevant professional experience as a Cost Controller.
• Depth perception and advanced knowledge in Project Management, Cost Analysis, Financial Statements, Cost Estimation, Variance Analysis, Cost Data, Project Budget, and Cost Management Process.
• Directly reporting to the CEO/President and full collaboration in the Project Team to establish budgets, coordinate plans, manage change, and risk.
