About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Security Risk Management Specialist to join our team in Madrid. This is a challenging opportunity to work with a cutting-edge company that's always looking to innovate and push the limits of what's possible.

Your primary responsibility will be to implement and maintain robust security controls across our organization, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. You'll also be responsible for identifying and mitigating potential security risks, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective security strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain security controls to protect against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, modification, or destruction of sensitive information
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities
  • Develop and implement incident response plans to minimize the impact of security breaches
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure security policies and procedures are aligned with business objectives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in security risk management, with a focus on IT and cybersecurity
  • Strong understanding of security frameworks, regulations, and best practices (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST)
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with:

  • CISSP, CISM, or other relevant certifications
  • Experience with cloud security, threat intelligence, and incident response
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
