Job Description:


We are looking for a talented individual to handle incoming customer inquiries related to electric vehicles. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing user needs efficiently, recording call details in our call management system, and escalating potential service issues to senior team members when necessary.



Required Skills and Qualifications:


To excel in this role, you should possess native fluency in Dutch (both verbal and written) and proficiency in English (minimum B2 level). A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is required, with experience in the automotive industry being a plus. You should also have strong aptitude for working in a customer service environment, excellent customer care skills, and the ability to listen to and understand customer needs.



Benefits:


As a valued member of our team, you can expect an excellent remuneration package based on your experience, skills, and performance. This includes a salary of approximately €21,700 per year, higher salary from the 7th month, and a bonus of €2,000 annually. Additional Information:


Please note that relocation assistance is available, including a reimbursement of up to €500 after one month. Candidates must have experience with electric cars, as Xpeng requires this qualification for this position.
