Global Procurement Head IT Infrastructure and Security

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Global Procurement Head IT Infrastructure and Security to lead our purchasing organization and deliver maximum benefit from Global, Regional and local sourcing.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Procurement Strategies: Prepare an annual purchasing strategy for a small division or BU or country/region and ensure it is aligned to Global Procurement Strategies.
- Lead Procurement Teams: Direct the management and development of Procurement teams (Direct reports 10-20 or indirect reports 10+ years of experience in Procurement or other related experience preferably in Commercial negotiation, sourcing management, category management, supplier management, or related area, with a focus in the IT Infrastructure domain).
- Negotiate Agreements: Direct the negotiation of agreements, and lead the establishment of contracts to decrease total cost with specified quality and service levels and ensure supply security.
- Implement Procurement Systems: Direct the implementation and utilization of Procurement systems and tools in Countries, and ensure consistent tracking of savings and other Procurement KPIs, according to group policies.
- Thought Leadership: Demonstrate thought leadership related to the identification, implementation and continuous improvement of sourcing best practices, systems and processes and policies alignment.
- Education: University/Advanced degree is required. Master's Degree/other advanced degree in IT, Business Administration, is preferred.
- Skills: Advanced Negotiation Skills. Strong project management and other leadership experience. Senior Stakeholder Management.
