About the Role

As a key member of the VOLPAK team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees and the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on health, safety, and environmental practices and procedures.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, and develop recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with management and employees to promote a culture of health, safety, and environmental awareness.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE, with a focus on risk assessment and compliance.
  • Knowledge of ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
