Main Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Assist in ensuring regulatory compliance across various markets through documentation management and analysis of local regulatory issues.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop national texts and coordinate translations.">
  • Provide technical support and advice on product claims and labeling to ensure regulatory compliance.">
  • Interface with government agencies and industry associations to assess regulatory requirements and implement strategies for compliance.">
  • Maintain Standard Operating Procedures as part of the Quality Management System and assist with GDP compliance.">

Requirements:

">
  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline (Pharmaceutics, Chemistry, Human Biology, Human Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Biochemistry, or Biology).">
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in regulatory affairs, preferably in the OTC/medical devices/cosmetic/food supplements market.">
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to review and document technical information.">
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish, with Portuguese being an asset.">
  • Familiarity with the new product development cycle, technical documentation, and global product registrations.">
