As a Payroll and Administration Specialist at Almirall Hermal GmbH, you will be responsible for managing payrolls and labor administration responsibilities for our assigned business area.
Main Responsibilities- Manage around 350 payrolls and labor administration tasks, including social insurance, contracts, leaves, IT, settlements, public administration tasks, accounting, tax, flexible remuneration, special regimes, expats / impats etc.
- Provide expert knowledge in labour legislation, ensuring correct application for the staff of the assigned area.
- Support labour audits and SCIFF processes, acting as a liaison between departments.
- Be the primary point of contact for labour-related inquiries from staff members, providing guidance and support.
- Identify areas for improvement and participate in related projects, contributing to process optimization.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Labour Relations, Business, Law, Labor Sciences, or a related field.
- Complementary degree in HR is a plus, demonstrating expertise in human resources management.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in payroll and HR administration, with a focus on analytical skills and decision-making.
- Previous experience in an industrial or multinational sector is desirable, particularly in the Chemical/Pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
- Analytical and capable of making informed decisions, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within a team, maintaining professionalism and discretion.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills, with strong communication abilities.
- Expert-level knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with payroll tools like META 4 and People net.
- High proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
