Responsibilities:- Operational management of the laboratory, including inventory control, procurement, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
- Laboratory operations protocol development and maintenance, ensuring compliance with Good Research Practices (GRPs) and company policies.
- Ensuring standard supplies are always stocked and specialty materials are ordered in a timely manner.
- Logging and analyzing critical lab environment parameters, such as temperature and humidity of incubators, fridge/freezers temperature, and liquid nitrogen level for cell storage.
- Coordinating on-site facility interventions and troubleshooting issues.
