As the Maintenance Engineering Manager for Tramways in Barcelona, you'll be responsible for securing the reliability and availability of our systems. You'll work closely with teams across the business to achieve this goal.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Proposing maintenance optimization strategies using technology.
- Providing technical design modifications within applicable standards.
- Leading Engineering Technical Issues meetings and action follow-up.
- Preparing and attending Contractual failures meetings.
- Producing clear and concise technical documentation.
- Reviewing maintenance, reliability, and overhaul documents to ensure they're up-to-date and correctly formatted.
- Acting as a technical expert and developing expertise in the selected field.
- Proposing and defining technology insertion, such as HealthHub.
- Developing local repair ability in Barcelona, especially electronic repair.
- Demonstrating a business case for localizing maintenance activity.
- Supporting optimization of maintenance schedules and casualty repair procedures.
- Justifying inspection periodicity.
- Specifying materials and tools.
- Arranging and carrying out validation of tasks.
- Carrying out product/process audits.
- Supporting the production of LCC, then optimization.
Performance Measurement:
- LCC / Reliability improvement.
- Customer satisfaction.
- Product Safety.
Achievement of objectives within agreed timescale and budget.
Between 1 to 5 direct reports.
