Key Responsibilities- Assist in the implementation of a comprehensive energy management program to reduce costs and improve operational standards.
- Monitor and maintain janitorial activities to ensure the site is in excellent condition.
- Implement and audit internal management systems for quality assurance.
- Coordinate Churn and relocation activities as required.
- Manage space and headcount data, and maintain the space utilization database.
- Submit monthly reports to clients and track non-PO payment requests.
- Assist in the implementation and management of a property risk management program.
- Make and update asset inventory lists, arrange supplier repairs, and back up stationery and car parking.
- 2 years of experience in facilities management or vendor management.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
- Technical comprehension of performance-based service contracts and vendor management.
- University degree.
- Ability to work within a budget and demonstrate initiative.
- Good communication skills in written and verbal English.
