Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Auditor Iberia to join our team at Otis Elevator Co. The successful candidate will be responsible for participating in Sarbanes-Oxley assessment and review, ensuring quality audit work within defined time frames. This role will also involve participating in internal audit assignments in the OTIS branches or subsidiaries, identifying internal control weaknesses and opportunities for improvement, and contributing to the month-end review process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in Sarbanes-Oxley assessment and review, ensuring quality audit work within defined time frames.
- Participate in internal audit assignments in the OTIS branches or subsidiaries.
- Identify internal control weaknesses and opportunities for improvement in coordination with operations (Manufacturing, Distribution, Service) and support functions.
- Contribute to the month-end review process.
- Identify areas of potential improvement for key processes and procedures.
- Assist in documenting the company's process flows, policies, and controls.
- Support Internal Controls department to ensure business compliance with corporate policies and any ad hoc activities/reporting within the area.
- Collaborate with the Regional Iberia & Africa audits and controls.
Requirements:
- Bachelor in Business Administration/Economics.
- Experience in Big4 as Senior auditor. Preferable experience in SOX audits.
- Strong command of English.
- Ability to work effectively across all levels and functions within the business.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate diverse groups towards operational efficiencies.
- Fast learning and adaptation skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and proven presentation skills.
- Proactive and results/metrics driven.
