About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sitecore Architect to join our team at UST Global. As a Sitecore Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions that meet the business requirements of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create technical designs that align with business requirements.
  • Define architecture, data models, and integration points.
  • Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Address security, reliability, and compliance concerns.
  • Lead development efforts, including coding, customization, and configuration within the Sitecore ecosystem.
  • Establish coding standards, best practices, and guidelines for development teams.
  • Optimize Sitecore implementations for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Integrate Sitecore with other systems, such as CRM, marketing automation, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship.
  • Participate in full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
Mandatory Requirements
  • Strong experience with Sitecore CMS.
  • Proficiency in.NET, C#, and related technologies.
  • Knowledge of web development, front-end technologies, and responsive design.
  • Familiarity with Azure and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • 8+ years of experience in software development.
  • 2+ years of experience in an architect role.
