About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our team at EPAM. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of our oversight platform for managing hedge fund trade generation activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop sophisticated tools and collaborate with investors to empower their decision-making processes.
- Work closely with various technology teams, including UI/UX Design, backend engineering, and platform engineers.
Requirements
- Strong computer science fundamentals with a mastery of back-end development.
- 10+ years of professional software development experience in technically rigorous environments.
- Excellent design skills, with a focus on security, OOD, SOLID, GRASP, KISS, YAGNI, DRY, etc.
- Experience as a Team Lead/Solution Architect.
- Experience in Scala development or back-end experience in any popular language (Java/.NET) and open to studying Scala.
- Strong algorithmic and debugging skills.
- Wide experience with CI/CD, SDLC, Agile, and Design patterns.
- Excellent soft, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
