About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations and Claims Manager to join our team in Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing the Operations function, overseeing activities, and collaborating with distribution partners and TPAs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the Operations function in collaboration with distribution partners and TPA's
  • Oversee the activity of involved players: distribution partners, TPAs, etc.
  • Distribution dynamization as a result of the previous business oversight
  • Know the process of complaint management when these come from insurance authorities
  • Be part of that process
  • Understand the company business & platform capabilities and combine them to reach maximum value for our distribution partners and end customers
  • Help to develop end-to-end customer journeys which combine innovative insurance solutions with our distribution partner's needs
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive shared goals
  • Take charge of the company's Third Parties (MGA's) oversight responsibility, ensuring that services are in line with agreed terms and that our operational governance model is respected
  • Partner performance management: SLA reviews aligning with conduct risk, issue management, partner risk assessments and audits
  • Closely collaborate with key members of the organization in Operations, Business Development, Product & Technology to design business models
  • Collate, review and deliver regular Management Information and Key Performance reports (i.e. Complaints reports, SLAs monitoring) to support business strategy

Requirements: At least three years of experience as a senior claims handler or administrative in an operations department; deep knowledge of the day-to-day insurance distribution activity; production, payments, claims, complaints, cancellations, and renewals reporting at all levels; medium/high level of written and spoken English.
