Cashier/Server

Welcome customers to our restaurant and ensure they have a pleasant dining experience. Maintain a professional demeanor at all times, as you are the face of our company. Provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Accurately generate reports, update them, and submit them before the end of your shift. Maintain the integrity of our logbook and cash sales during audits, as management will not tolerate discrepancies. Verify bills to ensure the correct amount is displayed and print them out. Respond to customers' questions regarding billed items. Record totaled amounts, including expenses, in our database. Process credit and debit card payments and ensure customers sign receipts. Assist waiters and servers during peak hours by packing takeaways and leftovers. Monitor inventory and ensure restaurant supplies are ordered on time. Count cash in the cash register at the end of each shift and ensure it tallies. Ensure sufficient change is available at the beginning of each day. Post charges against customers' accounts and follow up with them for payments. Respond to all customer inquiries promptly and correctly.

Candidates must possess at least a Vocational/Short Course Certificate in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent. Preferably with 1 year of working experience in the related field. Must be trustworthy and hardworking.
