This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the Coty team. As a Graduate Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving innovation and improving manufacturing processes.
Main Responsibilities- Conduct thorough root cause analyses to identify and eliminate process losses, ensuring maximum efficiency.
- Create and implement standardized settings that ensure seamless interaction between equipment and materials, guaranteeing all operators and technicians are fully trained and qualified.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners and Supplier Quality Engineers to successfully launch new products.
- Oversee change management and validation processes for designated processes, updating process control strategies and operating procedures as necessary.
- Pursue cost savings through improved productivity, material utilization enhancements, and labor optimization.
- Develop innovative process equipment solutions to deliver exceptional consumer-driven product designs.
- Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering Discipline.
- 0-2 years of working experience, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, contributing to root cause problem-solving, Lean Manufacturing practices, and/or continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with various manufacturing processes, methodologies, and mathematical/engineering methods to solve problems in a manufacturing setting (knowledge of tools such as poka yoke/mistake proofing/pFMEA, SMED, 5S, etc.).
- Advanced Office package skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Fluency in English and ideally in French, Spanish, or Portuguese.
- Ability to communicate effectively, strong teamwork skills, and autonomy.
