Norwegian Speaking Digital Marketing Consultant

Job Description:

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Consultant with native-level Norwegian language proficiency to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and applying the most effective advertising solutions for Norwegian companies and online advertising agency partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement creative strategies to improve client relationships and deliver outstanding customer sales experiences.
  • Provide strategic advice to businesses and agencies to maximize their advertising investment.
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate proactively with customers via phone, video conference, and email.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Native-level Norwegian language proficiency.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, preferably in PPC campaign optimization.
  • Minimum 0-1 year of sales experience.
  • Knowledge of products such as Ads, AdSense, or YouTube.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

Benefits:

  • Full-time position (39 hours/week, Monday to Friday).
  • Salary: starting from €25,500 gross/year + up to €4,500 gross/year in bonus.
  • Hybrid working model in Barcelona.
  • Permanent contract.
  • Relocation package: flight ticket, accommodation, private health insurance, and introduction training.
