Our client, a leading surgical aesthetic and cosmetic treatments company, is seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Manager to join their team. Based in Dublin with occasional travel to Belfast, this part-time role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a growing, ambitious company in the fast-evolving aesthetics industry.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and experienced marketing professional to drive brand growth across clinics and contribute to the company's success. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategy, collaborating with the sales team to create impactful marketing materials, and staying ahead of market trends and competitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a data-driven marketing strategy to drive brand growth across clinics.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling marketing materials that support lead generation and conversion.
  • Market Research: Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities and address key challenges.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee lead generation campaigns, analyse performance data, and make recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Brand & Corporate Identity: Take ownership of brand management, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging across all platforms and touchpoints.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging content that resonates with the target audience on social media platforms.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of key social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • A solid understanding of brand management and the ability to maintain a cohesive brand identity.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different platforms.
  • Experience working with external agencies and managing digital marketing activities.
  • A keen interest in the aesthetics or cosmetic surgery sector.
