Job Title: Purchasing Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Manager to join our team at Carlos Super Drug. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our procurement efforts, ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business objectives
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts
  • Oversee the procurement process, including sourcing, purchasing, and inventory management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of procurement activities
  • Monitor and analyze procurement metrics to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a purchasing/procurement manager in a mid-sized pharmacy or grocery company
  • Strong knowledge of procurement principles, strategies, and best practices
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team
