About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to join our team at The Madrid EDITION. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional drink experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Drink Preparation: Prepare drink orders according to specified recipes using measuring systems. Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles.
• Bar Maintenance: Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools.
• Garnishes and Supplies: Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks. Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies.
• Transportation and Cleaning: Transport supplies to bar set-up area. Wash soiled glassware. Remove soiled wares from bar top and tables and place in designated area.
• Replenishment and Payment: Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs. Process all payment methods.
• Closing Duties: Count bank at end of shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank.
• Security and Safety: Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas. Complete closing duties.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• License or Certification: None
