Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to join our EMEA Account Management Team. As a trusted advisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth across a portfolio of our largest clients.

Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with enterprise customers based in EMEA, ensuring maximum value from our solutions
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to meet revenue targets
  • Work closely with key stakeholders, including developers and executives, to ensure seamless integration and adoption
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements, continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience as an Account Manager within the SaaS industry, focused on enterprise and strategic accounts
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
  • Ability to drive performance assessments using analytical tools and data-driven insights
  • Strong communication skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken), and proficiency in French, German, or Spanish advantageous
