Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a B2C Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have a native or bilingual level of French, with intermediate to advanced levels of English and Spanish.
The successful candidate will provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat in French, English, and Spanish, ensuring a top-tier experience for our customers.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in our database, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex situations, and sharing customer feedback to improve our services and products.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a true passion for customer service, adaptability to different challenges, and a proactive mindset. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask efficiently are also essential.
This position offers flexibility to work from your home office and reports to the B2C Customer Success Manager.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- A native or bilingual level of French
- An intermediate to advanced level of English and Spanish (both verbal and written)
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Basic computer skills, including use of CRM tools and Microsoft Office
Beyond the required qualifications, we would like to see knowledge of German or Italian, experience with SAP, Salesforce, or Zendesk, and prior experience in customer service.
